Always a tough one... For starters I'll kick off the thread by listing a few of my favorite vacation spots in the US and Canada. US: Chicago, IL (home ) San Francisco, CA (a second home) New York City, NY (a great city) Boston, MA (another great city that I like for the Eastern feel as well as the college-town scenes ) Orlando, FL (been there too many times not to list it... can we say Disney World?) Vail, CO (another traditional vacation spot when I was younger and still have property there) Portland,OR (still on my list of places to visit) CanadaVancouver, BC Aside from the obvious reasons? lol Whistler Love = Blackcomb/Whistler Snowboarding; my best sessions EVER were there. Our resort was literally at the very base of the mountain. We even snowboarded straight to the doors of the resort one run. ;D Calgary another city up north I need to visit Toronto another city up north... great scene up there! Definitely on the check list! Ottawa another city up north I need to visit Montrealanother city up north I need to visit Quebec another city up north I need to visit EDIT: I'll update the list for other countries I've visited, vacationed, or just want to go and have a vacation there...

It'd require me getting to go on vacations...
Peg = city person. I don't do cities well. I hate having that many people. I don't trust people too well, and I'm paranoid about large crowds, so cities aren't good with me, lol. They make me highly irate and prone to violene....more than I naturally am.

Woah. LOL. I've never been called a city person before. Seems like Mom's city influence rubbed off on me more than the several years of camping and the like... odd.
I love both urban and suburban. I was born in The Windy City, but grew up in the Chicagoland area. I listed cities for various "areas"... think of them more as the city chosen and a 50 mile radius?
Scotland. Nice choice Moog. ;D

Nice Moog, though I preferred Edinburgh to Glasgow when I was there. I think it's cause Glasgow felt too much like NY in some ways to me and Edinburgh kinda felt like Winchester, which was where I was living when I was in the UK for my semester abroad.
Hmm, for vacay though, I really gotta get back to Ireland. Absolutely loved it there and I seriously gotta hit up the SW part of the country. What can I say, I like me some sheep watching, baaaa!
