Who watches/supports baseball? What team is your favorite? Why are they your favorite?

Not my favorite sport, but an interesting one. My stepdad is a big Cincinatti Reds fan and I've gone to a few MLB games with him. It's a lot more fun at the stadium than it is to watch from home. Personally, I think playing any sport is more fun than watching it though. I support my highschool baseball team too.

Amazingly the Twins are over .500 this year at the All Star Break ... *is amazed* If Liriano keeps pitching well and Mauer keeps his hit streak going, we may actually make the playoffs! In a division that's got the Detroit Tigers and Chicago White Sox, it's rather difficult ...

The Reds are doing really good this year. They are in 2nd, 4 games out. They were tied for the top not too long ago. They have some alright starting pitchers this year, but they need some dang closers!
Still upset that they traded Sean Casey =\ At least the guy who took his spot is good...
As I've stayed in TN this month I've really gotten to like it a lot more, lol. Dunno why, maybe it's the environment, but I've gotten to like baseball a lot more....
On a semi-related note: Baseball is a major sport in America, and other places in the world. It should have it's own subsection like football and hockey and stuff, shouldn't it? I mean if ICE SKATING gets one, then by all meanse Baseball should.

I was thinking the same thing Ty. And, since you brought it up ... wish granted.
