This has to be the best ever quote from a movie. Legend has it that Rutger Hauer wrote this quote, literally, 10 minutes before he went out to film the scene and Ridley Scott was so impressed, he told Rutger Hauer to do it and play it how he saw fit. The movie is Blade Runner and Rutger Hauer's character, Roy Batty, has just pulled Harrison Ford's character, Rick Deckard, up off the side of a huge building and saved his life. Roy Batty then says "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time..... to die." And he does. This quote, and the scene from the movie, are so brilliant that I'm getting Gooseflesh just typing it.

The old General or whatever he was, I forget now, from We Were Soldiers. General: *throws gun at cameraman* Cameraman: "....I'm a civilian!" General: "There are no civilians in war!" *pops over trench slightly and starts blasting at the Viet....too early in the morning to spell it right, you get the idea...with a .45 colt I love that line/scene.

geez, I've got a ton of favorites, but one of my all time faves is from Star Trek First Contact:
Lily: Those bionic zombies you told me about. The ... Picard: Borg. Lily: Borg. Sounds Swedish.

Ty, what about Robert Duvall in Apocolypse Now. "I love the smell of Napalm in the morning."
