Mistress and I, we go way back . . . to the day's of, um, you know, I don't remember . . . but that's okay.

I love all things Stargate, and I watch too much tv, read too many books, and like to play games. I'm a little bit crazy, but it's all good. I truly believe everyone needs to be less than sane about something.

I'm addicted to Minnesota Wild hockey (but I still secretly love the Colorado Avalanche), so don't be surprised if I get excited during the offseason when they get a good trade . . .

I read and write a lot in my spare time and I'm usually listening to music . .. everything that isn't rap/country/r&b basically . . . I love soundtracks and instrumental music . . . but I do love my alt. rock as well. I'm a woman of many tastes.

And other than that, I ship the odd ships for things . .. well, except Stargate. Here's the breakdown on that:
Buffy/Giles for BtVS
Grissom/Cath for CSI
Mac/Stella for CSI: NY
Ginny/Neville and Hermione/Snape for HP
Jack/Sam for Stargate: SG-1
McKay/Weir and Shep/Weir and Caldwell/Weir for Stargate Atlantis (there's evidence for all of them and I just can't make up my mind, don't ask . . . you'd be frightened by what you found in there).

Okay, I'm the Pegasus Group Leader, but that doesn't mean I don't like everyone who isn't a Pegasus-ite. Love you all really.

Hmm, so yeah, ask me questions, and I'll answer. I'm a proboards pro, and I'm happy to be your Staff on this site. I think that about covers it really . . .

And I have an addendum to my odd ships: Zelenka/Weir for Stargate Atlantis. I blame this one on the fact that the majority of good Zelenka based fanfic involve Weir and I got hooked. I also ship Mac/Lindsey for CSI: NY for some reason ... call me strange if you must, just don't call me a nerd.

Okay, since I posted these in everyone else's intro threads, it's only fair I answer them myself.

1. Which historical figure do you like the most and why?

Ooh, didn't realize how tough this one was 'til now; um, I'm gonna go with Alexander the Great. Strange choice, yes, but he's always fascinated me. He managed to unify half the known world and when he died it all fell apart. And right up there with Alexander is Jesus Christ because he had a heck of a message about peace and unity for the world.

2. If you only had one book to read for the rest of your life, which book would it be and why?

I'm going with the Bible on this one because it's got all kinds of interesting stories and lessons in it.

3. If you could be any character from a TV show which one would it be and why?

I think I have to go with Samantha Carter from Stargate SG-1 because she's smart, funny, and tough, but not so tough that she can't be a woman from time to time.
